John Otto
John Otto is the CFO of ABC Printing. John has had a very successful business career, owning multiple businesses including; M&O Marketing, Highland Golf Range and Fairway Golf. He uses the skills he’s acquired to assist ABC Printing navigate the financial end of business. In John’s free time he (shockingly) enjoys golf. When not on the golf course you can find him with his beautiful family or enjoying snacks on the down-low.
Tim Campbell
Tim Campbell is the Owner and Production Manager for ABC Printing. He has spent his 30 year career fine-tuning his craft in the printing industry, delivering products with the utmost attention to detail. Outside of work, he is almost singularly focused on motorcycles and also works as an instructor for Sportbike Track Time. In his spare time you can find Tim endlessly cleaning his garage, working on or riding bikes and boating.
Harmony Patterson
Harmony Patterson is the Marketing Specialist for ABC Printing. She is an accomplished Marketer and a natural at Customer Service. Her focus in the areas of graphic design, web design, photography and Direct Mail, in addition to her strategic mind, culminate to provide customers with the best business tools possible. In her free time Harmony enjoys renovating her home, organizing all things and caring for her fur-baby Finley.
Case Study
We had previously worked with an industry-specialized marketing firm on a six-month direct mail campaign. While achieving satisfactory results, I was looking to create efficiencies. Having printed with ABC Printing for years, we spoke to them about the possibility of managing the next campaign.
ABC was very knowledgeable, and explained the various options available. In addition to the convenience of having them close by, a cost savings of 10% convinced me to make a change in vendors.
We were pleased to find that the new campaign delivered a stronger ROI than the previous! By utilizing a more robust list source, we could better-target our ideal patient. As a result, we were able to achieve a 90% close rate on all inquiries.
